All Saints Leighton Buzzard Preservation Trust

Making a Will

Please make space in your will for a legacy to the Trust. We will use your money well in the preservation of All Saints. It is tax efficient too.

There are lots of events through the year organised or supported by the Trust and its supporters. The picture above shows our stall at the 2017 May Day Fayre where we sold donated unwanted presents. We raised £600. A lot of items were held back for sale at the church summer fete in July and the Tree Festival in November. Altogether more than £1,000 has been raised.  Next stall - 7 May 2018. See you there?

All 7 phases completed in 2016 - What was done?

“Everywhere, cracks, crumbling stone, failing buttresses, loose battlements… and more”

Above: A special thanksgiving service on 15 May 2016 at All Saints brought together contractors and funders to mark completion of the 7 phase  programme of repair.  Left to right are Canon Grant Fellows, Vicar of All Saints; Peter Dunn, M D of Weldon Stone; HM Lord Lieutenant of Bedfordshire, Helen Nellis; Terry Warburton, Appeal Director; the Town  Mayor and Mayoress, Cllr and Mrs Ray Berry; Vice Chairman of Central Beds Council, Cllr Fiona Chapman; Michael Dales, architect; Canon Anthony Hulbert previous Vicar of All Saints.

If you receive Christmas or birthday presents that don’t suit you, don’t put them away in a drawer and forget them, give them to us and we will re-sell them on our May Day stall  on 7 May to aid the Trust.  Just drop them into Dillamore Furnishers in the High Street
